EATONVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING RESCHEDULED February 8, 2018 NOTICE IS GIVEN in accordance with RCW 36.70A, that the Eatonville Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing for the purpose of soliciting public and agency comment on proposed revisions and updates to the Town’s Comprehensive Plan. The periodic Comprehensive Plan update is being undertaken in order to comply with RCW 36.70A. and WAC 365-196, as required by the state Department of Commerce. The Comprehensive Plan is a vision document that establishes a framework of the Town’s 20-year vision, goals and policies that will be instructive with the development of regulatory standards and procedures within the Town’s growth management area. Upon completion of the public hearing, the Planning Commission will make recommendations to Town Council for consideration regarding the Comprehensive Plan update. Town Council will take final action on the required Comprehensive Plan update, subject to Department of Commerce and Puget Sound Regional Council’s final review for approval.
