THE TOWN OF EATONVILLE hereby notifies the public that a hearing will be held on Monday, June 25, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. at the Eatonville Community Center, 305 Center Street West, Eatonville, Washington, to consider whether to establish a transportation benefit district under RCW 35.21.225 and RCW 36.73.050. The purpose of the district, which would be within the corporate limits of the Town of Eatonville, would be to fund and complete the projects listed in the Town of Eatonville’s 6-Year Transportation Improvement Plan. The Town Council will hear testimony for and against the proposal from any person affected by the formation of the district. Published 13, 2012.
