Thurston PUD Small Works Roster Thurston PUD is accepting applications for our Small Works Roster. Small works contracts are for public works projects of which the estimated cost of construction and/or services is less than $300,000. A Small Works Roster application is located on the PUD website at www.thurstonpud.org or may be requested by phone at (360) 357-8783, electronically at cskiles@thurstonpud.com or by written request at: Thurston PUD, Attention Cathy Skiles, 921 Lakeridge Way SW, Suite 301, Olympia, WA, 98502. Completed applications can be returned by mail, electronically, or faxed to (360) 357-1172. Once added to the roster, qualified firms will remain on the roster for a period of 3 years.
