Eagles back on track

Graham-Kapowsin outscored Emerald Ridge 46-27 in a South Puget Sound League 4A high school football game Thursday.

The Eagles, now 3-1 overall and 2-1 in the SPSL, bounced back from a lopsided  loss last week to Federal Way, the undefeated league leader.

G-K and the visiting Jaguars were tied 14-14 in the second quarter until the Eagles went ahead for good on a short touchdown runby Brady Austin.

Teague James scored G-K’s first two touchdowns. Teammate Kyle Madson scored three touchdowns, two by running and the third on a four-yard pass from Austin.
