Cruisers in district fastpitch field

Eatonville’s Cruisers will face Lindbergh in an opening-round game in the West Central District 2A high school fastpitch tournament this Friday.

Lindebergh is entering the tourney as the number 8 seed, one slot ahead of Eatonville. They’ll test each other at 2 p.m. at Sprinker Recreation Center in Spanaway.

The Cruisers finished the regular season with an 11-5 record, including 8-5 and third place in the South Puget Sound League.
