Doug went home to be with the Lord suddenly on Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014, leaving our hearts in a million pieces. Doug was born in Spokane, WA on Oct. 7, 1953. He graduated from Ferris High School and WSU. He started his career with Kiewit Construction. He met and married Lori (Qualls) in 1990.
Doug and Lori moved to Eatonville, WA in 1999. Doug so wanted to raise his girls in a small town. He then went to work for Doyon Gov. Group. He was a volunteer in Horsewise and Otherwise 4H Club, Eatonville High School Eq. Team, Pierce County Horse 4H, Member of the Pierce County Fair Board and Assistant Director of Explosion Extravaganza. He loved his family, the Lord, his church (RVCC),friends, co workers, animals. He loved construction, the outdoors, skiing, camping, reading and joking. He was known by all as a selfless person always willing to help. He will forever be loved and missed.
