Eagles win opener in Idaho

Twenty-four points in the second quarter helped Graham-Kapowsin’s Eagles return from Idaho with a 31-21 victory over Post Falls in a season-opening high school football game Thursday.
The contest was markedly different in the first and second halves. The Eagles led 24-21 at halftime. After intermission, the teams combined for only one touchdown. Graham-Kapowsin got it with four minutes left in the game, virtually clinching the victory.
