Benjamin McKay

Benjamin Paul McKay passed away at his home in Eatonville on Saturday, July 14, 2012. Ben had been diagnosed with throat cancer in February. He was born Dec. 1, 1931 in Orofino, Idaho. He worked for Northern Pacific Railway (later Burlington Northern) in Tacoma and Seattle for many years. Ben is survived by his wife Sally, daughters Laurie (Tom Nelson), B.J., sons Martin and Greg (Toni), grandson Jess Buckley (Libbey), granddatughter Brynn (Sam Rea), and great-grandson Ben Buckley.

At his request, a private memorial will be held. The family thanks MultiCare Hospice for their unwavering support and compassionate care. If desired, donations may be made in Ben’s name to Ohop Grange, 37010 Meridian E., Eatonville, WA 93328.
